My life goal: To tackle environmental challenges through economic approaches
I am a fourth-year PhD student in Economics at the University of Zurich, supervised by Professor David Hémous.
From February to July 2026, I am a visiting PhD student at Stanford University, hosted by Professor Shanjun Li.
My primary research interests are Environmental, Resource, and Energy Economics. I use quasi-experimental and experimental methods to study the impacts of environmental policies, as well as corporate and individual sustainability behaviors.
Prior to my PhD, I earned a BA with a double major in Economics and Mathematics from Dickinson College in 2017, and an MA in Social Sciences with a concentration in Economics from the University of Chicago in 2020. I have also held research assistant positions at the University of Copenhagen and Harvard University.
